Mount St. Joseph is a residential home for women with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSP’s are responsible for:
· assisting with daily living skills
· implementing and documenting activities that enable the spiritual, emotional, behavioral, and physical development of the ladies
· encouraging residents to reach their full potential
· understanding and helping residents achieve their goals as identified in their personal care plan
· facilitating/assisting with fun and functional activities
· engaging in conversations and discussions with the residents about their thoughts and feelings
· documenting on an electronic data system
· communicate with various members of the team
Openings are available for full or part time employees on all shifts. Starting rate is $16.00 per hour during paid training period. Upon completion of training, the hourly rate is increased to $16.50 per hour. "We are currently offering a $5 per hour shift differential for all weekend shifts"

Housekeepers are needed to ensure the highest standards of hygiene here at Mount St. Joseph. Duties include general cleaning of laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen and dining rooms. Part time and full time shifts available. Afternoon shifts are available. Hours are from 2-9 p.m. Starting rate is $12.00 per hour.

Looking for a self-motivated, energetic and positive individual to join our Developmental Training staff. Responsibilities would include hands on care to older individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities in a small group setting. Other duties would be planning and implementing engaging activities for clients throughout their programming day, in a supportive caring environment. Candidates must also be able to work independently as well as cooperatively with co-workers. Starting rate is $14.00 per hour during paid training period. Upon completion of training, the hourly rate is increased to $14.50 per hour.
Each Resident is at the heart of all we do at Mt. St. Joseph (MSJ). The primary responsibility of ALL staff is to our residents. We must ensure that their care, needs, and safety are always met. The general purpose of this position is to prepare, cook, and set up wholesome, nutritious, and appetizing foods according to menus and recipes for residents. Additionally, sanitary conditions must be maintained in kitchen area. Staring salary is $15.00 per hour, with possible increase based on experience.
